We live in a world where many people need help. By helping them, we enrich ourselves and make new friends. And with cooperation and compassion, we show that we care for others.
The story:
A hedgehog, an ant, a bee and a firefly live in the forest on the edge of the city. They cook, play, build together. Sometimes they encounter problems, but they are easily solved, because the rule applies - we don't let anyone down!

From the very beginning, part of the proceeds from the sold tickets have been allocated to the 3rd Floor Heroes Association - the Association of Parents of Children Treated at the Hemato-Oncology Department in Ljubljana

With this recommendation, we express our support and gratitude to the Katja Dance Company team. It's a warm, reliable and professional team that is a pleasure to work with.
The Heroes of the 3rd Floor Association is an association of parents of children suffering from cancer. The tasks of the association are especially financial, social and psychological assistance to Heroes and their families during and after treatment of this insidious disease. The association is completely non-profit and depends on donations from good people.
Katja Dance Company started cooperating with the association in October 2020, shortly after its foundation.
Together with the owner of a small hotel in Ljubljana, they organized a charity event at which donations were collected for the association. This meant a lot to us, because at that time we were just starting out operations and we had very little resources to implement our program.
Katja and Albert worked with Junaki even before the foundation of the association. In his performance Life
is a value, in 2017 they included the hero Anže, who they visited and encouraged in hospital. Unfortunately, Anže lost his battle with cancer, but through the play Life is a Value, Anže continues with us and help raise awareness of this serious disease. In June 2021, a new play by Katja Dance was created - this children's dance fairy tale "Hug the Tree". On many repetitions of this performance, contributions are being collected for our society hroughout Slovenia.
Every year, Katja Dance Company also participates in a charity concert of tour heroes with a dance performance in Cerklje na Gorenjskem.
Charity and childhood cancer awareness are true values of Katja Dance Company.
