Visit to the LjUbHospic house

On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, Katja Vidmar and the students of the Ljubljana Secondary School of Health visited the LJUbHospic house, where they enlivened the afternoon of the cultural day with recitations, music and dance performances for users and employees. It's nice when for a moment the music merges with people and caresses the ears, when the dance move takes people to another world and when we reach the hearts with words, just like poets. Such events enrich us.

The Ljubhospica house is a residence with the warmth of home. It is a home for the last, that vulnerable period in the life path of each individual. The mission of Ljubhospica is to relieve people of the disturbing symptoms of the disease and ensure the fullness of life until the end. In our work, we are guided by human dignity, which we respect with the awareness of the mind and heart towards the integrity of the person, his physical, emotional, social and spiritual world. We carry out our mission by providing free 24-hour compassionate hospice palliative care to the terminally ill.
