Ballet for Students and Adults – New Season 2026/27. A Special Gift for the Determined.

Months ago, we wrote: “When people come together with a pure shared purpose and a simple desire for creative collaboration, something beautiful, exciting, and genuine can emerge.”

And this is exactly what our ballet classes for students and adults represent.

Training that opens the door to the beautiful world of ballet—whether for the first time or as a return to something familiar. Training that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and connects us within a community of like‑minded people who share a special energy under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

The new season begins in September 2026, and registrations are already open. If you sign up early, a lovely reward awaits you.

BEGGINERS GROUP:

Whether you are stepping into ballet shoes for the first time or already feel confident with the basics, our ballet classes for students and adults are designed to inspire you, strengthen your body, and give you a sense of grace.

Our beginner course welcomes all adults, students, and dancers who wish to learn or refresh their ballet knowledge. We focus on improving posture, finding balance between strength and flexibility, developing coordination and endurance, and gradually refining technique so that movement becomes a natural form of expression.

Through repetition and the gradual addition of new elements, we learn to coordinate body and mind in the harmony and beauty of ballet.

When: 60 minutes – beginner classes will take place every Wednesday from 17:30 to 18:30 or every Friday from 18:00 to 19:00

(The final schedule will be set based on registrations by September 2026.)

(INTERMEDIATE GROUP:

You are warmly invited to join our intermediate ballet course—designed for adults, students, and dancers who wish to deepen or refresh their ballet knowledge. These classes are intended for participants who have previously attended ballet training and are familiar with the beginner level. The exercises are slightly more demanding and more intensive.

When:

60 minutes – intermediate classes will take place every Monday from 19:00 to 20:00, starting 7 September.

Since we often receive questions about what to bring to ballet class, here are some helpful guidelines:

  • Ballet or jazz shoes — soft, preferably canvas (they breathe better), with a full sole to help strengthen the foot.

  • Fitted sportswear — a classic leotard is not required. Ideal: fitted leggings + a fitted T‑shirt or top so the instructor can see the body line.

  • Ballet tights (optional) — you can replace them with leggings if that feels more comfortable.

  • A light sweater or warm‑up top — for the beginning of class to warm up safely and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Hair tie
