Whether you are stepping into ballet shoes for the first time or have already mastered the basics - our ballet classes for students and adults are designed to inspire you, strengthen your body and give you a sense of grace. All adults, students, dancers who want to acquire or renew their ballet knowledge are invited to the advanced ballet course. Ballet classes are intended for students who have already attended ballet training in the past and are familiar with the initial level of ballet training. The exercises are a little more demanding and intense. We work on improving posture, looking for a balance between strength and flexibility, training our coordination and endurance. By improving our technique, we can then express ourselves more easily through movement and surpass ourselves. ​For everyone who wants to continue practicing in the world of ballet and indulge in music and dance in a pleasant atmosphere among pleasant people. Through repetition and addition of elements, we manage to coordinate the body and mind in the harmony and beauty of ballet. When: 60 minutes - training takes place every Sunday from 18:00 to 19:00 Trainer - Sara Brčvak Where: Katja Dance Company, Letališka cesta 27, Ljubljana. The entrance is from the back of the building. Our air-conditioned dance studio is equipped with everything that allows for a top-notch dance experience - with a ballet floor, ballet poles, mirrors, a social area, a large dressing room, showers and a top-notch sound system. It is located near the BTC shopping center and only 500 meters from the ring road. There are free parking spaces and a bus stop for lines 7L and 27 in front of the hall.
